When will my order arrive?

Is international delivery available?

Currently, the shipping companies we work with deliver within the country and to specific cities listed on the delivery page. All cities reachable by the shipping company's representative are displayed.

You can request international delivery by contacting the store team via WhatsApp to provide information on product weight and pricing from international shipping agents not currently registered with the store.

What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?

You should refer to the return policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges. In case of a manufacturing defect that warrants a return, the shipping cost to the company and the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. However, the cost of the product itself will not be charged to the customer, in accordance with the return policy.
